Reserving
- 3 Hour minimum for reservations for each date
- 12 hour notice required for reservations
- You will receive a call from an itavi representative to confirm your reservation. Payment due when your reservation is confirmed, an invoice will be sent to the primary contact’s email
Cancellations / Late Returns
- Full refund for cancellations made with more than 6 hours notice, no refund for less than 6 hours notice
- For your convenience we have a 15 minute grace period for late returns
