Their professional and organized approach was very impressive. In addition, they showed so much care by immediately asking questions about my child to ensure she has the best match for her childcare professional. She was amazing and my daughter and her both enjoyed each other. My experience was so positive that I will surely use them again.

Each babysitter we had over a 5-day period was trustworthy responsible communicative and made our child comfortable. A couple of them had a lasting impact on our child in a really positive way because they taught him some interesting new skills using art tools and his tablet while we were gone. Great time and highly trustworthy group.
Fabianna and Erika were great with our kids, and totally professional and willing to please. My only comment would be the hourly rate, which is so high that unfortunately it becomes unaffordable to hire your staff on an ongoing basis. If you could offer a “discount” for frequent or habitual use, that would be an incentive to use Itavi as our sole child care provider in the future. Thank you, Estelle Gotfrit
