Important Note: It is the responsibility of each itavi Childcare Services customer to secure and confirm a reservable space prior to finalizing a group childcare booking. Neither the Resort nor itavi Childcare Services assumes responsibility for group childcare services booked prior to an appropriate space being reserved or contracted. All rental spaces are subject to availability and the conditions outlined below.
For Resort Guests, available reservable group childcare spaces include:
Tidal Cove Cabanas
Maximum occupancy: 10 guests*
Recreation Activity Studio
Maximum occupancy: 30 guests*, includes dedicated bathroom.
Other approved child-friendly Resort spaces

For Corporate Group Guests, reservable group childcare spaces include:

- In-house contracted conventions may also reserve a meeting room in conjunction with their contracted event booking for the purpose of hosting itavi Childcare Services
- Meeting room availability is limited and available exclusively to contracted in-house conventions. This option is not available for individual Resort leisure guests.
In-Guestroom Childcare Reservations

1 TO 4 KIDS / 4 HOURS
$290.00
- Additional time must be prepaid at $36.00 per half-hour, while delayed returns will also incur a $36.00 per half-hour charge.
- For any reservation hours between 1:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m., an additional charge of $38.00 per hour will be applied only to the hours after 1:00 a.m.
- Holiday Rates. Additional $25.00 surcharge per hour for the following holidays: Easter, 4th of July, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve after 5:00 p.m., Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve after 5:00 p.m. and New Year’s Day.
5 TO 8 KIDS / 4 HOURS
$580.00
- Additional time must be prepaid at $72.00 per half-hour, while delayed returns will also incur a $72.00 per half-hour charge.
- For any reservation hours between 1:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m., an additional charge of $76.00 per hour will be applied only to the hours after 1:00 a.m.
- Holiday Rates. Additional $50.00 surcharge per hour for the following holidays: Easter, 4th of July, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve after 5:00 p.m., Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve after 5:00 p.m. and New Year’s Day.
Reserving
- Reservations require 12 hours notice
- 4 hour minimum for reservations for any date
- Payment is due when your reservation is confirmed, we cannot guarantee a childcare professional until invoices are paid.
- There is a $38.00 fee for cancellations with more than 48 hours notice.
Cancellations / Delayed Returns
- If you cancel your reservation 48 hours before the scheduled time, you will receive a full refund, minus a $38.00 fee. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds for cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance, as we must compensate our childcare professionals fairly.
- For your convenience we have a 15 minute grace period for delayed returns.
